Frequently Asked Questions

What time should teachers arrive?

• Teachers will be in the classrooms and ready to greet children 10 minutes prior to the start of the class.
• For the 8:00 a.m. service, infants and toddlers may be checked into the WeeVenture nursery starting at 7:50 a.m.
• For 9:30 a.m. service, children may be checked into the WeeVenture nursery, and Preschool classrooms starting at 9:20 a.m.

Elementary age children may go to class at 9:20 a.m. Please do not allow elementary children to wander unattended in the classrooms downstairs before 9:20 a.m.

• For 11:00 a.m. service, WeeVenture nursery and Preschool children may be checked into the nursery and classroom starting at 10:50 a.m.

Where do Preschoolers go?

• Ages Infant - 2-1/2 years old: WeeVentures (Infant and Toddler Nursery)
• Ages 2-1/2 — 3 years: Barnyard (Room 101)

Children in Barnyard and Klubhouse must be out of diapers and no bottles.

• Ages 4K – Kindergarten: Klubhouse (Room 103)
• Kids Under Construction (Object lesson and singing ): Under the Sea (Room 102)

Where do elementary-aged children go for KidQUEST (Sunday School)?

• 1st grade (room 204)
• 2nd grade (room 203)
• 3rd grade (room 207)
• 4th grade (room 208)
• 5th grade (room206)
• 6th grade (room 205)

When will children be promoted?

• Once children have been registered into a class, they stay in their age-appropriate, assigned classrooms, even if they have a birthday during the year. Promotion lists for preschoolers will be posted in August.
• Promotion Sunday is September 10, 2006 for all children ages 2-1/2— 6th grade.

P.I.T.: Prayer and Information Time for KidQUEST teachers will be 9:10-9:20 a.m. in the Community Room. Please be sure to have at least one of your team members in attendance each Sunday. Teachers will receive handouts, flyers and ID Lanyards at the entrance to the Community Room.
