Associate Pastor

Jim is originally from the Chicago area and is a graduate of Roosevelt University and Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to serving at First Alliance, Jim pastored the Millard Avenue Baptist church in Chicago, Summit Baptist Church and Trinity Christian Church in the Metro Milwaukee area.

ImageJim oversees our Small Group ministries, visitation, and newcomer assimilation. Jim and his wife Jan, have four grown children, 19 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Jim and Jan live in Milwaukee. Jim has been serving at First Alliance for eight years. He enjoys the people and the work and delights in seeing others come to Christ and grow in their faith. For a man who didn't know how to love when he first became a Christian, Jim now communicates the love of God with words of encouragement, smiles and lots of hugs!
