Dear Friends,

I hope this letter finds each of you doing well and enjoying life! Since returning from our visit to our family in the States late January we have been hard at work here in São Gabriel with Bible teaching, discipling of the Wanano men and women and the many other projects that make up seeing a solid church for years to come.

Shortly after we arrived back, we got some really neat news! We were told by the NTM leaders in Colombia where we worked with the Wanano for 13 years that due to restored stability in the region that we could return to a small town a day away from Taina where we used to live to disciple the believers from there. We had asked their permission to do this last year and were so pleasantly shocked to get a “Yes you can!” back from them. Our real desire is to get to stay for periods of time in Taina itself and disciple and work there with the struggling church. So now with this comes many questions needing answers.

Greetings!

I, Barry, just returned from a trip where I accompanied the field chairman and his wife to the Cruzeiro do Sul region tribal works. We flew in a 50+ passenger turbo-prop commercial plane from Manaus and after 3 stops on the way we arrived in the frontier town of Eiruepé.
