Rev. Jason Esposito

Senior Pastor

Pastor Jason's passion for people is undeniable. He has been in full-time ministry for over 12 years, beginning with Camping/Outdoor Ministry in New Hampshire, as Associate Pastor at Grace Church in Racine, WI and as a church planter in Batavia, IL. In January of 2004, Jason enthusiastically accepted the call to be the senior pastor of First Alliance Church.

Rev. Dave Berghuis

Executive Pastor

Pastor Dave serves as our Executive Pastor providing leadership to our office, building program, building and grounds, finance, human resources, and other related ministries. Born in Minnesota, Pastor Dave grew up attending a Christian Missionary & Alliance church and graduated from Crown College with a degree in Intercultural ministries.

Rev. James Hovorka

Associate Pastor

Jim is originally from the Chicago area and is a graduate of Roosevelt University and Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to serving at First Alliance, Jim pastored the Millard Avenue Baptist church in Chicago, Summit Baptist Church and Trinity Christian Church in the Metro Milwaukee area.

Rev. Andy Challinor

Associate Pastor

Andy was born in England, and followed in the footsteps of his parents, who became missionaries with New Tribes Mission when he was ten years old. At the age of thirteen, Andy and his family headed overseas to Papua, New Guinea, where they were missionaries for four years.

Rev. Doug White

Missionary and Pastor of Adult Discipleship

Pastor Doug serves together with Tim Riesterer, our Elder, providing leadership to adult education ministries, These ministries include Men's and Women's ministries, Community Groups, and Life Classes. Doug grew up in Milwaukee attending FAC.
